the room was spacious and well-located, so that was acceptable.
I was really frustrated with the service. The front desk staff seemed annoyed. i tried to get a late checkout, but they were completely inflexible. even worse, the wi-fi was slow and unreliable. I could barely get any work done, and that was unacceptable. it seems like they need to improve the wi-fi connection.

The room had large windows. The high ceilings were a plus. The bathroom included great smelling soaps and lotion.
I was overcharged for my room. The valet parking was also an issue. The employees were rude.
