Vincent helped craft a beautiful birthday surprise. yoga mats offered gentle stretches each morning. The air purifier created a haven. our river-view room was cozy.
The hallway activity sometimes filtered through the thin walls. It was a slight murmur at night.

Vincent provided amazing hospitality, guiding us with kind recommendations. I valued this thoughtful touch. the staff allowed us to leave our bags. It gave us freedom before our flight. coffee was available without charge in the lobby, it was convenient

The hotel had closeness to the river and millennium park. This proximity added enchantment to our walks. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. public transport was easily accessible nearby. This helped us explore together.

central location easy access friendly staff lobby perk
i enjoyed the hotel's central location near many attractions. i walked to tourist sites and easily accessed the train lines (it made getting around simple). antonio at the door greeted us each day, and he. the popcorn in the lobby during the late afternoon was a perk.

wildberry pancakes is a short walk (it's about seven minutes). mccormick & schmick's seafood & steaks is even closer (a three-minute walk). a self-service cafeteria provides 24-hour access to hot drinks and cold water.

the staff was attentive and helpful (the service was excellent). antonio greeted everyone at the door each day. he. the staff generally were very friendly and helpful.

lovely nature serene feeling nice evening safe haven
dru displayed such a lovely nature greeting me with kindness it made my arrival special. the view from the window brought such a serene feeling a peaceful connection grew. the concierge provided special touches for our date night crafting a nice evening. this hotel is a safe haven for staycations i'm eager to return soon.

amazing location city view window nooks
The location was amazing. i was close to the river and several key attractions. the room had lovely window nooks. These were a great spot to relax and look out at the city.

inflexible front desk unreliable wi-fi
the room was spacious and well-located, so that was acceptable.
I was really frustrated with the service. The front desk staff seemed annoyed. i tried to get a late checkout, but they were completely inflexible. even worse, the wi-fi was slow and unreliable. I could barely get any work done, and that was unacceptable. it seems like they need to improve the wi-fi connection.
